Week 6 at MAC (May 20 & 22)

Next few weeks will be consolidation and refinement of the work we have done.
In the five weeks at the MAC, I have give you a lot of poses and added flow between the poses. It takes a lot of practice to become proficient in these poses and it is well worth the effort.
My teaching style is to present a lot of poses and techniques and then work on alignment and technique in each pose. Some poses will come easy and others will be challenging. Play with the poses you don’t like and don’t overindulge your favorites.
In class, we’ll always do warm ups – sun salutations & standing poses – flow with sitting poses – backbends – twists – forwardbends – shoulderstand – breathwork
Build a short practice for yourself and enjoy doing it.
